Return for Refund:
Please contact us by phone at 502-229-8094 or email at will@triplehcattleky.com for return information and authorization. Once your return is received, inspected and the refund is approved we will issue a refund for the retail cost of the product. Shipping will not be refunded. Returns must take place within 2 weeks of your order. Funds may take up to 5 days to appear on your financial records.

Exchange:
Please proceed with ordering the product you wish to exchange for through the website. Follow the steps above for returns and refunds for the product you are replacing.
Refund:
Refunds are only issued for product returned in excellent condition or for product that is damaged in transit when it is shipped to you.
Damaged Product:
If you receive damaged product, please email photos of your product and box, along with the order number. Triple H Cattle Co. must be notified within 7 days of receiving damaged product.
Lost or Stolen:
If your tracking number shows product has been delivered, and you suspect the product has been stolen, please email us at will@triplehcattleky.com
Missing Order:
If your order has never been delivered and you have tracking information, please contact our customer support team at will@triplehcattleky.com
